Sea View Studio Positive Place - Dubrovnik

We loved the stay, it was just perfect. Hosts were so very helpful and best, even gave us room with an amazing view.

Great spot right next to a restaurant and the city wall, can't beat that! The sea views were a nice touch. Had an awesome time here for a couple of nights, felt like a special experience. 🌅

Everything was perfect, except the weather, it was very hot outside. Having a handy kitchenette was an advantage. The whole vibe was quiet. The host made me feel at home...

The view is great, facilities include central heating, an iron, and a work desk. Kitchenette is available for you to cook.

The host was super friendly and even waited for us when our flight was delayed. The location was amazing, right inside the city walls. And the apartment had the most incredible views from the windows. We also loved the balcony, it was so clean and well-maintained.

That there were a lot of stairs to climb with our luggage. But hey, it's a city trip, so we expected a bit of exercise!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from emailing us directions beforehand to allowing us to store our luggage. They even thoughtfully stocked the fridge with beer and water! The wifi was reliable, which was a bonus for staying connected with our loved ones back home.

My wife says that the bed was very hard, but it did not affect our overall experience.

Xmas at this hotel was amazing! the warm welcome from the host was great, and the drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. the property was super clean and the aircon was a lifesaver after a long day exploring. the WiFi worked perfectly and the location couldn't have been better. Close to everything, we didn't have to walk far to find restaurants, bars, and attractions. Highly recommend!

There were a few drawbacks during our xmas stay. We could hear the people staying above us, which was a bit annoying.

By nature, this place is very close to everything you need to see in the city. Near all the city attractions, making it easy to explore. The hotel facilities were excellent and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I had an really good stay at Sea View Studio Positive Place. The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It had everything I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to fresh towels and complimentary drinks in the fridge. The views from the apartment were fine, and the location was perfect. The owner, Tonka, were really nice too ensure that my stay was perfect. She was helpful and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend Sea View Studio Positive Place for a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. The Sea View Studio Positive Place was a cozy and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Old City Dubrovnik. The presence of a full kitchen with all necessary tools was a major convenience. Despite no soap or shampoo provided in the shower, I was able to easily find a store to purchase my own. I highly recommend this hotel for a simple and enjoyable stay in Dubrovnik's old town.

If you want to stay in the heart of Old Town, this is the perfect spot for you. You'll be near all the city attractions, so you won't waste any time getting to them. The room is cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a decent shower. The owner is warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. You can even leave your bags after checking out. Plus, the view of the old town from the balcony is absolutely stunning.

There might be some sound transference from the flat above, so if you're a light sleeper, it could be a bit bothersome.
